Reilly is an amazing realtor that I have worked with since 2014. He definite makes sure everything works out for your best interest and breaks it down to where u fully understand the entire sell/buy process. Highly recommended!!!!
Working with Christopher Reilly and Tracy Snow was a wonderful experience from start to finish. They are both outstanding in their field and have a wealth of knowledge regarding homes in the Northern Colorado area. We were amazed at how quickly they were able to find a home that checked almost every box we gave them as needs in our new home. They are an amazing team and have the professional expertise and knowledge of the area to really pinpoint their clients needs. We will absolutely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home in Northern Colorado!
Christopher and Tracy were lifesavers. I can't say enough about their professional but warm and helpful approach, their comprehensive knowledge of the Fort Collins market, and their capacity to help us see accurately the pros and cons of every property we viewed so we could make the right decision on a home. They have an extensive network of local contacts for renovations, inspections, etc. that is invaluable for any homeowner as well. Tracy and Christopher were available any time we needed them for questions big and small alike - we were so grateful for their wisdom and negotiation on our behalf. My husband and I will absolutely be coming back to them for any new real estate ventures we undertake in the future! I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Fort Collins real estate is extremely competitive. Chris Reilly is the only reason we were able to get our first house. Several offers were put in with ours, and he did things to make our offer more attractive so it was accepted. (And it was the first house we put in an offer on!) He knows so much about the Northern Colorado area. When we were looking at houses he drove us all around and told us the pros and cons about every neighborhood. He is not fake and points out things in houses that I wouldn't think about, such as cracks on the driveway. Our second house we purchased with Reilly was before it even went on the market. He knows so many people and knows about great deals before anyone else, so this definitely gives the buyer an advantage. Highly recommend!!!
Chris is the only reason we are investing after the first property we bought from him, in 2014. He is extremely knowlagable about all of northern Colorado and about every neighborhood. He is able to tell you when the neighborhood is built and about the builder. Hands down the best! I can not imagine using a different / better realtor!!!!

Reilly knows the market better than most and was very helpful in telling us where to buy and what to avoid. Between our two families, he's helped us with four transactions. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
Christopher was amazing to work with and made our house buying process so easy. We were in another state when we bought our house in Colorado and as stressful as that can be Christopher made it work. Christopher was knowledgeable and great to work with throughout the entire house selling and buying process! He was very patient with us during our year long search for the perfect home due to our specific preferences. He provided plenty of options to us and we never felt he was disappointed or pushed us to settle for less than what we wanted. His assistant Tracy is fantastic to work with as well. She was very responsive with every question we had along the way. They kept us in the loop with everything we needed to know but were not overbearing. We sold our existing home and purchased a new home and with the market moving as fast as it is right now, they made the timing and deadlines work for us. Thank you Christopher and Tracy!
